Delete your account & data

You can request deletion of your Liber: BookListen account and all associated data at any time, whether or not the app is still installed.
How to delete your account:
In the app (iPhone/iPad): open Settings › Account › Delete account and confirm. Your account and all data listed below are deleted immediately.
By email (any device): email [email protected] from the same email address you used to sign in, with the subject "Account deletion request". If you signed in with Apple using "Hide My Email", send the request from the Apple ID email address it forwards to and mention that you used Sign in with Apple. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record (name, email, profile picture reference)
- Your favorites list
- Your listening progress / history
- Your Premium status and subscription records (plan, expiry date, store purchase identifier)
Your Google or Apple account itself is unaffected — only the data Liber: BookListen stored about you is removed.
Active subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription, because billing is handled by Google Play or the App Store. To stop being charged, cancel the subscription first in Google Play (Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions).

Hesabınızı nasıl silersiniz:
Uygulama içinden (iPhone/iPad): Ayarlar › Hesap › Hesabı sil adımlarını izleyip onaylayın. Hesabınız ve aşağıda listelenen tüm veriler anında silinir.
E-posta ile (tüm cihazlar): Giriş yaparken kullandığınız e-posta adresinden, konu satırına "Hesap silme talebi" yazarak [email protected] adresine e-posta gönderin. Apple ile "E-postamı Gizle" seçeneğiyle giriş yaptıysanız, talebi bu adresin yönlendirildiği Apple kimliği e-postanızdan gönderin ve Apple ile giriş yaptığınızı belirtin. Talebinizi onaylayıp 30 gün içinde tamamlarız.
Neler silinir
- Hesap kaydınız (isim, e-posta, profil fotoğrafı referansı)
- Favori listeniz
- Dinleme ilerlemeniz / geçmişiniz
- Premium durumunuz ve abonelik kayıtlarınız (plan, bitiş tarihi, mağaza satın alma kimliği)
Google veya Apple hesabınızın kendisi etkilenmez — yalnızca Liber: BookListen'ın sizinle ilgili sakladığı veriler kaldırılır.
Etkin abonelikler
Faturalandırma Google Play veya App Store tarafından yapıldığı için hesabınızı silmek Premium aboneliğinizi iptal etmez. Ücretlendirilmeye devam etmemek için aboneliği önce Google Play'de (Play Store › Ödemeler ve abonelikler › Abonelikler) veya Apple kimliği ayarlarınızda (Ayarlar › adınız › Abonelikler) iptal edin.
